Which one is the better diet?

I do not prefer one over the another, but using them both accordingly. The KETO diet might be very strict in some situations, like family members birthday or wedding. It is best to enjoy the occasion and let yourself to have some extra carbs. After all, if you stick to a KETO diet for a few days after the occasion, you will hardly spot any difference in blood sugars levels or weight. And if there is a significant change, you can always fast.


Whichever diet you choose to follow, it is always better to combine them both. It will only benefit your health and social life.
