
Blackberry Yogurt Pops
Summer is upon us. Classic sugary ice creams can be only a very occasional treat, this Blackberry Yogurt pop seems to be amazing alternative for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 150g fresh blackberries
- 2 tbsp. Stevia
- 175ml natural yogurt
- 175ml coconut milk
Instructions
- Whizz the blackberries and Stevia for 1-2 minutes in a blender.
- Then place the blackberry mixture into a mixing bowl and stir in the yoghurt and coconut milk.
- Pour into lolly moulds and freeze overnight.
- Pop-out of the moulds when you wish to enjoy this delicious treat!
