Curry + Mayonnaise = Brilliance. Such a simple condiment to prepare, yet so scrumptious and creamy it tastes like a true indulgence. This Indian-inspired blend goes wonderfully with vegetarian dishes, turkey, lamb, or chicken.

  • 240 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp curry powder

  1. Mix mayonnaise and curry in a small bowl, add curry to taste. There are a lot of different curry powders; heat and taste vary. Use your favorite blend.
  2. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or more to allow the flavors to develop.
  3. Keep in the fridge up to 4–5 days.

Tip! Curry mayonnaise goes particularly well with chicken and turkey, and in salads, with stews and other slow-cooked meat such as lamb and pork.

  1. I have just made it yesterday to be served with my dinner Pork meatballs in a crunchy coating(crushed pork rinds, chia seeds, chili powder) with Celeriac French fries seasoned with pink Himalayan garlic salt and oregano. It was delish.
