Hello all, I am sorry for not updating my progress today. I have had very bad and stressful day at work. So far I am fasting since 8pm yesterday and I am not sure if I be able to eat anything today. So far I have done 8488 steps and will not reach my daily target of 10,000 steps. Baked Chicken legs with veg salad is planned for dinner but will find it difficult to do anything.
I started my day with a cup of black coffee around 6:30am. Work started at 7am and now I have my first break. Having another cup of black coffee. No food since 8pm yesterday. Feeling great so far. I do not plan to have lunch today and dinner will be leftover pulled pork from last night with veg salad and some cheese. There will not be a step count today as I forgot to charge my smartwatch.

I just arrived home and changed my mind on the salad for dinner today. I will be having Creamy cabbage with some Brie cheese and the leftover pulled pork.
Still not hungry but looking forward to my next cup of coffee.

Especially, for type 2 diabetics, it is very important to give your body a break from food.
Because I need a reboot myself, I am starting 3 months to lower blood sugar levels challenge by following simple feeding fasting protocol. Anybody can join at any time and you don't need to follow the same plan as I do, but try to be as close as possible for similar results.
From Day 1 till the end of this challenge I will post:
recipes and pictures of the meals that I will have on that day,
daily steps count,
fasting-feeding times and
blood sugar levels 2 times daily.
