Keto Cauliflower Rice with Fresh Parsley and Sage

Keto Cauliflower Rice is very easy to make and it is a great replacement for carbs heavy white or brown rice. There are many ways how to prepare cauliflower rice, but this one is one of the easiest.


  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1 large white onion
  • 50 g butter
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • a handful of fresh parsley
  • 3-4 large leaves of fresh sage


  1. Grate the cauliflower into a large microwave-safe bowl(use a food processor if you have one).
  2. Sprinkle with salt and microwave for 4 minutes on full power.
  3. Take it out and give it a good mix.
  4. Put back and microwave for another 3 minutes. Mix again.
  5. Give it another 2-3 minute and check if the cauliflower is cooked. If not microwave for another 2 minutes.
  6. Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in butter until golden in color. Set aside.
  7. Add finely chopped parsley and sage into cooked cauliflower.
  8. Add the fried onion, and salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot as a side dish.
