Ingredients

  • 50 g Romaine lettuce or baby gem lettuce
  • 15 g butter
  • 30 g Edam cheese or other cheese of your liking
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lettuce thoroughly and use as a base for the toppings.
  2. Smear butter on the lettuce leaves and slice the cheese, avocado, and tomato and add on top.

Tip! Some other yummy toppings to try are tuna salad and egg salad.
