Low Carb 90 Seconds Microwave Bread

If you’re on a low-carb, paleo or keto diet then you’re going to fall in love with this keto bread recipe. It’s so soft, fluffy and delicious, you’ll find it hard to believe that it’s actually keto. It’s all made in the microwave in just 90 seconds!

This bread is perfect for the mornings when you need a slice of bread to serve with your egg and bacon, for a breakfast or lunch sandwich, or for making grilled cheese. It’s perfectly soft and holds up great, especially when toasted.

For the bowl, I like to use a large ramekin or any small microwave-safe bowl. If you’re making grilled cheese, a small square sandwich size container works great.

This low carb 90-second bread with almond flour is chewy, with a texture like real bread. Keto 90 second bread is a low carb, grain-free bread that you can make basically in 90 seconds. In fact, my low carb English muffin is essentially a 90-second bread recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp cream cheese or 2 Tbsp of double cream
  • 2-3 Tbsp ground almonds(almond flour)
  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • garlic powder(you can add more spices to your taste)
  • dry or fresh oregano(Italian herb mix is good too)
  • 1&1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Beat 2 eggs into a large cup.
  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs-mix well. Now add the cream cheese or double cream and mix well again. Time to add the ground almonds-mix well again. Ready to go to microwave, full power (I have 800w microwave) for 2,5 minutes. The “bread” is still a little runny add 45 seconds. Take it out from the bowl/container and let cool. Should be high enough to cut it into 2 slices.
  3. Then cut them into sticks and grease them with garlic butter or garlic olive oil.
  4. Place them on a baking tray. In the oven at 200C until they are brown.
