Pork loin twist with smoked bacon, spicy Jalapeno cheddar cheese, and chorizo is the perfect meal to showcase your cooking skills. It may seem to be difficult, but trust me, it's not. Your family or friends will be delighted to try this meal.


  • 7 slices of smoked bacon
  • 4 boneless pork loins (500g)
  • 40 g large chorizo slices (8 slices)
  • 150 g cheddar cheese with jalapeno or chilli
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp parsley (dry or fresh(chopped))
  • salt and pepper


  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/ 392°F.
  2. Tenderize the pork loins using your kitchen tenderizer.
  3. Spread the bacon slices on a kitchen foil right next to each other and then place the pork loins on them. They should cover all the bacon.
  4. Salt and pepper the pork loins and place the chorizo slices in the middle. Cut the cheddar cheese into thick sticks and place it in the middle. It should look as on the picture.
  5. Now you need to roll it up, making sure that there are no open places. Tighten it up really carefully. See picture for details
  6. Sprinkle with some more pepper and garlic powder. Add the dijon mustard and spread it all over, and finally sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Roll it up to the kitchen foil and place into an oven-proof dish.
  8. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
  9. Let it cool down a little before opening the kitchen foil casing.
  10. Cut into thick slices and serve with your favorite side dish.



Can also be enjoyed cold for breakfast if you happen to have any leftovers. Make yourself a sandwich using one of our low carb bread.
