Steam the broccoli for about 15 minutes or until desired softness. Let it cool for few minutes.
While the broccoli is steaming, cut the pork loins into an inch long strips
Place in a mixing bowl and add all the spices and sauces. Mix well and let stand until the broccoli is ready.
Prepare the courgette by cutting it in half and take the soft bit with seeds out using a spoon. And again cut into strips, can be longer than an inch. Do not put any salt on them at this stage as they would start releasing a lot of water.
Heat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the pork loins strips stirring them all the time or they will burn.
Add the courgette strips and keep frying the mix until desired softness(I like them still a bit crunchy).
Add the steamed broccoli and, mix gently and let it just warm up.
